or if you use Windows Vista, 2008, 7 or 2008 R2,

well this looks awesome...
its just that my .theme extension opens mtc(sony ericsson theme creating program)
what should i edit it to? (open with...)

It'll show in "Personalize" if you put the file in X:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes !

Very nice concept, for a very clear and minimalistic workspace.
I like this flat version of the Windows Classic visual style, very clear and simple than the normal version (since Windows 95), which have too much 3D effects on the buttons and windows.
